The Maritime Painted Saltbox is contributing a Giclee Print on Canvas of an original image by Tom Alway,

for one of the seven prizes to be drawn from all those who make a donation to the Christmas Hamper Fund.
An Exhibition of Art on Metal created from our original paintings by Tom Alway and Peter Blais has just recently finished. The show was displayed in our new Outdoor Art Gallery (A covered 10' x 20' pergola). The show ran from July 1 through October 15. (click on the link above or the graphic below for a pdf of the metal art on display)
For our 25th Gallery Anniversary, we decided to build a pergola at the side and behind the barn gallery as a new outdoor gallery space. As we are now offering our images on metal, we decided to display a large selection of metal prints to celebrate the silver anniversary (1998-1923) in this space. View below a slide show of the actual building of the pergola, a post and beam hemlock construction by Michael & Sean Kippers, built in their wood studio, "Kippershacks", in Crousetown. Peter Blais was the designer.
We are preparing a second slide show of the finished pergola and the art on metal exhibition which took place from July to October.
Here is a slide show of The Art on Metal Exhibition in our newly created outdoor pergola gallery. The show took place July 1- October 15 and continues to display our metal prints and vinyl banners. Thirty-five metal prints of our original artwork were on display in various sizes from 30" x 40" to 18" x 36". This display is in addition to the metal prints hanging in the gallery. Also, we have added vinyl banners for decor on the outside of the pergola. And we now are offering our images on vinyl which we've added to the display in the pergola.
